雖然有優質的內容大綱與受訪嘉賓人脈，但在音訊後製、剪輯、多平台分發（Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube Shorts）以及社群行銷上花費太多時間，導致無法穩定更新。
Expected outcome
建立每週穩定更新 1 集的製作流水線，並在 2 個月內完成 8 集高規格節目的錄製與發布。
